I would give Carl a 5! Great story teller. I am moved by his honesty, openness and humility. One of the best I’ve heard.
I believe that it’s important to be able to laugh at ourselves a little bit. Carl opens with a hilarious analogy of himself as dog vs. cat. As he goes on you can hear his sincerity yet he sprinkles his talk from time to time with a little self-deprecating humor. I relate to that very well because I tend to take myself too seriously a good deal of the time and humor is what heals me.
