I think (with hindsight) this would also have helped me greatly with my Step 3. Just my opinion, my path. Russel gave me hope with this tape, will look up others by him and again, truly, many thanks.
This makes great listening for Step 6, really helped me… and I don’t feel so alone. Thank you so much! I think you could add “Spirituality” tag also. It certainly helped me as I’ve been struggling with just that. :)))
