Sandy can have different messages, some much deeper than others – he has spent a lot of time exploring his 11th Step. I love it when he speaks of awakening and using the program to “let go” of all of our old ideas of who we think we are (the “Old Stories”) – not who and what we really are.
His message and voice calms me right down, I’ve gained lots of helpful things to consider and work on as well as a lot of relief from them.
