I just started listening to their tape last night and using this “Theater of the Lie” tool this morning.
It’s interesting to begin identifying all the little “stage players “acting their roles in my head, what part of their “sense of self” is affected (3rd column), with the idea that they are all mind-made creations demanding their false needs for security being met 🙂 Good stuff, very useful for me.
