What a lovely lady…Gives a very condensed overview of her own story with no hint of ego. Ideal for Newcomers, it’s quite brief compared to other tapes but her talk covers all 12 steps! and the importance of meetings/sponsor/and working the steps. Explains obsession of mind and restless/irritable/discontentment being the basis of the disease. Such a good, rounded, understandable, uncomplicated, run through of each step! I think her talk would give hope to a Newcomer and doesn’t make the steps a daunting proposition.
