I found great healing in the exercise he did toward the end of this tape (which continues in Part 5), to illustrate the cast of characters that lives inside our heads. It helped me give myself a break on having a committee residing there; apparently one resides in most of us. There is the spiritual person, the ego, the victim, the superhero (in this particular case Xena), and a few others who all have an opinion on how we interpret the events of our lives. It helped me understand why I can feel one way about an event one day, and feel entirely different about the same event on another day: It depends on who is in charge. My goal is to make the spiritual person the prevailing voice of my committee. Thank you so much for this talk.
Amazing!
