You have got to listen to this folks – next time your in your car or tinkering. Such a lucid review of Adam’s unrecovered alcoholic thinking and relationship to his feelings, and how the grouping of steps (1-3, 4-7, 8-9, 10-12) work to transform us and maintain a calm state of being.
