This is a typically funny Clancy talk. He pretty much sticks with his story. The audio quality make me thinks it’s late 80s though he references a few things that make me think it was recorded in the mid 90s but both are just guesses at best. Good talk for beginners. He shares some details about the Texas State Asylum that I had not heard before in his story (48 electro-shock treatments!).
